1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CreateSpot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of CreateSpot per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
3. User Content
Users are responsible for all content they post to CreateSpot. By posting content, you grant CreateSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You retain ownership of your content, but agree that CreateSpot may use it for promotional and operational purposes.
4. Prohibited Uses
- • Posting false, misleading, or harmful content
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringing on intellectual property rights
- • Harassing or threatening other users
- • Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
5. Premium Services
Creators may offer monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime access to their evolving premium library. Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in USD through Stripe. CreateSpot retains a 20% platform fee from creator sales and creators receive 80% of gross sales; CreateSpot currently absorbs Stripe processing fees.
You may cancel a recurring purchase at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period and then expires unless renewed. Failed or unpaid renewals may end access at the current period end.
Except where required by law or stated in an applicable refund policy, purchases are final. A full refund of a lifetime purchase revokes lifetime access. Content availability may evolve as creators add, update, or remove material from their library.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
7. Disclaimer
The information on CreateSpot is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and representations.
